Waverly @ Wheelersburg 1/7

Post by MasterOfNone »

It's going to be very tough for Waverly to get a win at burg.

Thoughts?

I think Miller can do a good job on Robertson. I think the bigs are comparable. Brown could hold his own on Truitt.

At Burg, Robertson doesn’t seem fully healthy.

Burg 56
Waverly 48

Waverly by 3, gotta be 10 points better than burg to beat them at their place let’s be honest but the Tigers still pull it out. Robertson is due for another big game

Murray said Robertson won’t be fully healed for awhile. Burg is a few levels above Waverly without him. This is Burgs game

I don't see it either, even with a healthy Robertson it will be very difficult to beat the Burg on there home floor.

Everybody knows Wheelersburg is the decided favorite in this one at home.

MIller contains Robertson and has himself a night.
Burg in a close one.

If Robertson was 100% this would be a toss up. If Stulley was healthy and Robertson fully healthy I'd give the edge to Waverly.

However, neither of those seem to be true currently. With that said I think Burg is the favorite by 5-7 points.

Last year Wheelersburg played better at Waverly in this matchup than they did at home.

Coach Ater has done a nice job this year

I think Burg wins in this one.

In a normal year, everyone is playing for second place behind Wheelersburg in the SOC2, and this is a normal year. Pirates 70 - 46.

Lot of abnormal years in the last decade then.

In a normal year I’d expect oak hill to come away with the gold ball.
