Any boys games on Wednesday or Thursday? Teams are adding games on new dates this year so if anybody is playing please let me know!

PV plays Huntington tomorrow night (12/17) in an odd set up. The JV boys and girls will head to Huntington for a double header, while the Varsity boys and girls will play at Huntington on Saturday night.

Yep. 5 mins left on clock for warmups. Someone has an iPad set up for recording on visitors bleachers so there may be a livestream but idk. Might be just recording the game. I struggle live-streaming on my phone so I just update ScoreStream

2-2 going into the weekend ... surprising to me ... still way early in the season ... hard to tell about the consistency in being able to practice, if teams have all of their starters available etc. with the contact tracing ... difficult times all around ... have to watch for the results on Friday night at home ...

Good win for the Senators that have played well at times and seem to be improving week to week. New coaching staff, new system will take time.

Yeah maybe West is improving?
New coach it's gonna take some time but they do have some length and athleticism. 3 games and they are Waverly, Wheelersburg, and Minford. Played a really good half then turnovers killed them against Wheelersburg. I think this team will continue to improve as the year goes on. No easy games in the SOCII.

Thats good to hear about West. Glad they are competative. Def not any easy games in the SOCII this year, wont be in the next few years either. Most teams have some young talent. Will make for a good conference.

SOC2 looks stacked for the next 5-6 years.

Tons of young talent in the league already, then you mix in Webster+Eastern+Minford etc's 8th grade classes... coupled with about 6-7 SOC2 schools with strong 7th grade classes..

Going to be an interesting 6 years!

Yes it is, can't wait to get back in the gym and watch some ball.

There are some good players in the area. I'm not sure if it's those players are that good, or just the entire area is watered down making some look better. I've thought that for a couple years now

But yes SOCII sports in general are good. You see it from basketball, baseball, softball, football, etc. When they go play other leagues they do well, even the lower tier teams.

West will continue to do well. I picked them to finish 4th in the league. I'm sure there are those that thought that was crazy, but I had Minford 3rd and they are right there with them. Their size inside will cause Valley and Webster fits, if they can get the guard play to handle the pressure, which was the problem the first two games against two of the best teams in the area
