Any word on Boys District play for 2022-23, Will there be SE District Play at the Convo this March?

... I know the 2022-23 "regular" season hasn't tipped off yet, BUT it would be nice to know if the Convo will be the "destination venue" for SouthEast District action this coming March ... Anyone have the scoop?

Seems the OHSAA is holding off posting Tournament information for Winter sports til fall sports close to being competely finished. Southwest District and Central District are usually very early as posting tourney information on their websites but neither has done so yet. I am guessing OHSAA wants to wait until winter sports regular season starts playing games to posted information. Fall tourney information was posted later than what is normally posted.

Looking at the Ohio University Men's and Women's Schedules...it appears that best case scenario will be for the District Finals to be back at the Convo this coming year.

Probably the Central District District Regional Final. They have been playing at Ohio Dominican that seats about 2000-2500 and is to small for a D1 Regional Final. Lack of cost efficient venues in Central Ohio. There are venues- Convention Center, OSU, Nationwide but cost to much for OHSAA.
Guess they still may play the semi finals at Ohio Dominican and have the Regional Championship at OU. So OU looks to host D1, D2, D3 and D4 Regional finals. That would be a great day of basketball.

Yeah. If it was a Chad Little situation that would be way more concerning. On a scale of 1-10 this is a hard ‘5’ at worst… at least in comparison to that.

Nonetheless, I'm hoping AT LEAST district finals are played at the Convo.
