It been awhile but with the win over Coal Grove tonight The Peake is the 2023-24 Champs. Thanks for an exciting year, had ups and downs but this group has played as a team. At the beginning of the year people thought they would be middle of the group. Congratulations to boys and Coach Ater now on to the one and done as they meet Wellston on Monday for the sectional game at the Peake. Fill the bleachers and support this group of young boys.

Congratulations to the Chesapeake Panthers and Peake 71 on the OVC title. This season saw 5 teams that could have won the OVC title, and the champion Panthers were not crowned until the final game. Strong year for the conference, now let's see how that translates to tourney success.
Proud of my Trojans for going 10-4 in the OVC, beating every team at least once, and sweeping Ironton, Rock Hill, and Coal Grove. 6-1 road OVC record. Best finish in the OVC for PHS since winning the title in 2015, their 1st year in the conference.
