I've talked to Gene a few weeks ago and this is going to be a good read and can help a lot of young athletes and more to deal with everyday life

The mental approach for today's athletes is very much an important inclusion into their overall development in their chosen sport. Hopefully this book will help those athletes and parents who are in need of advice in dealing with the issues that can profoundly affect an athlete's success. Eugene and Jeff have many years of personal experience as coaches and mentors to young people.
