What’s everyone’s opinion on this game

I'd personally say Western is the better overall team in this one, however, Ethan Smith is the best player in the SOC II -- which gives them a chance to win every conference game this season.

I think sv takes it saw them against green and Ethan Smith is 100% the best player in that conference and they have some other good players that can help lead the Vikings.

Should be a good game. Western has some pretty good depth and great coaching. Saw them earlier this season.

Western has some REALLY GOOD depth this year, excellent defense - more scorers than Janes and Haggy ... SV is more than Ethan Smith! he gets his, but I like Corn/Jones ... Carpenter only a freshman is special - shots the 3 ball well ... plays hard ... Maynard another freshman does a nice job at both ends - gives you 100% on every play ... should be a really good game with the individual matchups all over the floor ... SV struggled with the up & down game they had with Minford but much of that was the size of Kayser & Shoemaker ... will be interested to see if SV can play the up and down game for 32 minutes under 94 ft of pressure D ... I can see Kerns on Smith, Cattaneo on Smith making him play the entire length of the court for 32 minutes ... going to be fun to watch I'm sure ...

SV tops Western 72-66. Western missed a bunch of free throws in the first half, and that basically kept them behind the entire game. Western also played a full court press defense that was ineffective against Smith. He got the ball several times on the inbounds pass and took it straight to the basket. SV, as a whole, is very lanky and they out rebounded Western by a bunch.
