Guthrie and the sophomore, Baker, are both big football recruits

If they have any D1 basketball recruits, I couldn’t tell you who they are and if they had 4 over D1/D2 basketball recruits, then they should be winning games by a heckuva lot more than they are AND theohiobully probably wouldn’t have predicted them to finish .500 before the year.

Guthrie is also very good, but on the 3 main recruiting sites, he’s a 3 star and 4 star. Not a 5 star.

Football recruits not basketball….D1 is D1 regardless of sport…and Guthrie is a 5-star D1 football recruit…you will see when Minford visits….and 100 percent i didn’t see them playing this good with all the players the lost last year and the Guess kid transferring to Alter…..and im not saying MT will beat Minford but overlooking MT is bananas….MT could go undefeated this year or lose 3/4 more.

Interesting matchup….will be a lengthy lengthy guard on Montgomery and MT does a good job of not fouling on drives.

I don't know where anyone is from on this forum, but this last comment sounds like a MT fan comment. lol I think I've heard the same at every MT soccer, pee wee football and basketball game I've been to in the past 10 years.
