Let's get the conversation started. Warren winners 11 out of the last 12 in the series but this year's Meigs team is a whole different animal.

Connor Barry was out last night vs Morgan, did not suit-up ... any word on his status for Friday night?

I honestly think if meigs can contain stadleman which marietta and minford were unable to do then meigs wins realistically by double digits. If they can’t but still contain everyone else i think they still win just don’t know by how much. Meigs just has too many options to score and are back to 100% with Tobin being back in the lineup

Not surprised at either outcome. Warren at home advantage. Meigs is very good, but got outplayed by Marietta at Meigs 3 weeks ago. Each game has its own unique circumstances. I’ll say Warriors by 4.

I noticed that too...I assume precautionary and hopefully he'll be able to go Friday.

Hopefully both teams are at full strength , it should be a great matchup with 2 of the best teams Below the Lancaster-Dixon Line, 2 of the best coaches in SE Ohio ... Meigs coming in undefeated, Warren having lost 2 games (@ Marietta, @ MC to Monroe Central) - Warren having played and beaten Minford on a neutral court this past Saturday @ SSU, beat Marietta at the Warrior Coliseum on Monday last week, beat 12-1 Fairland on a neutral court at the Alley in Alexander High School, beat Chillicothe in OT @ Warren ... should be fun to watch from the Cheap Seats at the Coliseum - I purchased my ticket online JUST TO MAKE SURE there was a ticket to be had for this one ... is this one JV, V only no freshman game? or is there a freshmen contest?

No freshman game tomorrow Pfloyd with jv tipping at 6. They do have their Hall of Honor recognition which I assume will take place after the jv game.

Meigs will have to be “double digits” better to win at Warren. They’re already down by double digits and they haven’t even gotten on the bus yet.

Not necessarily disagreeing with you about the Warren home court advantage. But Marietta was 8-10 points better than Meigs at Meigs on January 3 so there's that.

He will be in the starting lineup come Friday. Fighting the flu sat at Morgan to rest.

... awesome! thanks Katfan ... both sides at full strength - that's the way a game like this should be ...

I see you still crying about that game. Sad. Time to move on and tell your team to get better if they want to come to Meggs and expect to win.

Chuckie, looks to me like Hook was responding to MauraderMadness comment (Thursday afternoon) that Meigs was already behind by “double digits” because they had to play at Warren tonight. I’m not from Marietta but any objective observer at the Meigs-Marietta game knows the visitors outplayed them.

Going to be driving about 90 mins to catch this one. I have never been in the Warriors gym. One would assume with this being such a high profile matchup, it should bring in quite a crowd. How big is Warren's gym? Probably should try to be there no later than 6:30 to get a seat?

If you’re not from Marietta, why did you have the biggest crash out on this site in months when pfloyd dropped them in the rankings this week?! Lol
