Heavyweight game of the night for Saturday. SOC3 vs OVC

These two teams played at Alexander last year 57-53 Jeeps.
Looks like Fairland defeated Chesapeake tonight in a close one while the Jeeps played a pretty slow pace in an easy blowout over West. Don’t expect any dead legs from Webster in this one.

Fairland gets the nod on the Swanker lines just for home court advantage. I know Fairland fans are savages and it’s a tough place to play. Roberts has to dominate the glass and take care of the basketball when he comes down with it. Look for Shupert to lock up BB.

This game means nothing to the Dragons. They’ve secured a conference ship and also the #2 seed. They’ll just be trying to get out healthy

All games mean something. You loose a game and you can get down on yourself and it snowballs.
Swanker it is tough to play at Fairland and maybe you get different crews than we had against Ironton or Fairland.

How can a game ever mean nothing to a high school basketball player?

After last nights draining victory over Chesapeake , I say the Dragons go down at home tonight BUT , ya never know .

I’m sure the game will mean something to Brody Buchanan, Keegan Smith and the other seniors as it is their last regular season (maybe overall too) home game

If you go into a game without the intention to compete, you might as well pack it up and quit overall, which is why that won’t happen with Coach Speed and the Dragons.

They might not win, but it’s not because “the game means nothing”

Not necessarily , maybe just a better chance . The Dragons could win today but I think SW will prevail.
