Correct Bleeding Red.
The "unofficial rule" for coaches on the "good" side of a blowout is at the end of the half to perhaps start to sub a little. You start the 3rd quarter with your starters, in basketball if you are a pressing team you probably don't press, in a football analogy you may run the ball a little more or be a little conservative. But you continue to execute what you have coached so that they get better period the end. If the blowout continues towards the middle to end of the third quarter you start to sub and by the 4th quarter it is completely your second or lower string. But I never once told my second string to not go out and play hard and execute to the best of their ability...this is their chance to play and there may be only a few games a year where they get substantial minutes. If the second string in the 4th quarter expands the lead so be it. You don't press or bomb 3's or in football pass or do onside kicks, but you play the kids and let them execute...it is what it is, been on both sides of that coin.

Zane Trace beats Unioto 59-53 in Kinnkinnick. Freshman Pierce Mowery had 22 for ZT. Great game overall between two good teams.
Will have the other SVC finals soon.

Trojans came up just short last night, carrying a lead into halftime the Fighting Tigers took over in the third quarter but the Trojans just would not go away. It was a fun game to listen to, sure wish I could have been there
