The new Trimble basketball schedule has been completed. Talk about a lot of basketball in a short amount of time. Sure hope they don't get any postponements going forward ... http://trivalleyconference.com/Trimble.html

Not sure how much difference it would have made, but Fairfield Leesburg was playing without two starters last night against Zane Trace. Cody Bennet and their leading scorer and rebounder Gage Montgomery. Could have been alot closer game.

Unioto 75
Southeastern 63
Unioto battled off a quick Southeastern start to lead at all stoppages (15-14, 39-25, 57-45) Unioto built it's lead to as much as 22 before the Panthers made a furious run and with a Jordan Allen putback with 3 mins left had cut the lead to 65-60, but a 10-3 run to close it out finished off the big road win for the Shermans. Soph Justin Dye (15) played very well for the Panthers, as did Jr Tyler Cartee (16) and Sr Austin Hice (17 and 11) and I was pleased to see Dylan Miles look more assertive offensively down the stretch.
Unioto was led by Nick Overly (16) followed by Erique Hosley (13 and 10) Kyle Strange (13) and Nick Corcoran (13). Cole Cottrill (9) and Trevor Detillion (8 and 8) provided big minutes off of the bench.
FTs:
Unioto- 23-31, 74%
SE- 18-26, 69%
3s
Unioto- 4-8
SE- 3-11
Unioto moves to 5-2 (4-1) and hosts Logan on Monday
SE drops to 5-1 (4-1) and is off until next weekend.
Other SVC action:
Zane Trace def Adena 60-48
Paint Valley def South Webster 66-44
Huntington def Wellston 73-42
Miami Trace def Westfall 70-51
