I bet it was a courtesy to the opponent. they were down here for a 2 games prolly wanted to get back home before midnight. i don't like it or agree with it, but i bet that is the reason.
I'm pretty sure that was it too, but I just wanted to pile on some lol

At Chillicothe the AD does the scheduling.

lol. I am still heated about our schedule. Unioto will have the rest advantage tonight and Jackson will be getting a very tired team at home Saturday. smh.
I am excited to catch the Jackson game this weekend and the home game later on. Your program has improved and only makes the FAC stronger.

Waverly should crawl up a couple this week. A win against Burg and a win against Minford. I’m not saying too 8 but I think maybe a spot or 2 . Piketon climbing into the top 8 is good I told you guy Tanner Perdue is a baller. Can’t wait for the Holiday Classic could see Eastern and Piketon trading blows. Waverly has Western first game but could see Waverly and Piketon in another great battle.

Waverly needs to get some rest before the Classic and try to get some injuries healed up. They've been in some heavy weight prize fights and have come out 6-1. Very good win tonight over a good Minford team after the royal battle Tuesday against Wheelersburg.
If it comes down to Waverly & Piketon in the Championship of the Classic the winner should be in the top 8.

Pfloyd usually comes to the Holiday Classic and if he does and we bribe him with some Twizzlers we can move on up to the top 8.

LOL - twizzlers = Elite 8 ranking LOL ... pfloyd will be in the house at the House that Hawhee Built probably on Championship night , the 30th ... last year I came down for opening night and not the Saturday championship game, I'll flip it this year and do Saturday night's games ... with Waverly playing so well - this doesn't surprise though as I saw Coach Robertson's Tigers at Unioto over the summer and thought they were a strong, solid team, the only question I had at that time was depth on the bench - 2 good "Ws" this week for Waverly has them continuing to move in the right direction that's for sure ... looking forward to putting eyes on both Coach Barrick's Eastern Pike Eagles and then Western as well as my second look at a good Piketon team ...
