Got to visit with Kendra's Grandfather at a lot of the games, he was really proud of her and he had good reason to be proud.HE will be missed by all,just remember Kenny, Grandpa will have the best seat in the house today at the Convo, make him proud again. Oak Hill defeated my Minford Lady Falcons 65-40 to advance to Regional play at Lancaster March 11th at 8 p.m. vs. Monroe Central.

Hats off to Minford on a great season, cause I have had as much fun this year as in years past supporting the team.
Best of luck to Oak Hill and South Webster in Regional play along with Ironton in their quest as well.

Just was not a good matchup for Minford. If they played Zone, ( which they did for 75% of the game) Oak Hill would nail the 3. If they played man, then the post players would dominate. One thing about Oak Hill, they are fundamental and they get great position. Also, what was the deal pressing with 1:00 to go and up 25? Also, I wonder why the bottom of the bench never was substituted in at the end.

great game oak hill. one of the most fundamentally sound teams i have ever seen. have the talent to go far. good to see old friends from both teams.


my personal opinion is that if minford would of had another ball handler step up besides justice to take some of the constant pressure off, this game could have been closer.

I was at the game and didn't see Adkins was sick. She seemed fine before and after the game. Nice recovery. We will need her for Monroe Central.
