I guess it was just another warm-up game. Practice, practice, practice !!!!!

From what I saw of the teams in the district semis Oak Hill should not be challenged until the final 4. Where is the 4th team in the regionals coming from?

You're right, Sugarcreek Garaway beat Tusky Valley last night in the Stubenville District, 34 - 25 (This should be no challenge)

IMO,here's how I see it shaking out:

Region 9- South Euclid Regina (#2 State Poll)
Region 10- Findlay Liberty-Benton (#1 State Poll)
Region 11- Oak Hill (#3 State Poll)
Region 12- Anna (#7 State Poll)

There are NO easy games in this final 4 set-up. The other 3 regions are brutal in D3 with so many good teams that have to beat each other up. Good luck Oaks !!!!!

When was the last time you heard of a team shooting ~65% for a game? That is just nuts.

one thing for sure they won't look past Oak Hill this is the game we have been waiting for to shut u people up once and for all!!!
I cant wait til you people are all on here whining and crying Saturday after we take the Mighty Oaks to the wood shed!!!!
Oak Hill does have some decent post player but lets face it our guards are much better!!!So all I can say to you and the Lady Oaks is "BRING IT"

Hmmm, how many points did our guard have today? Let's see how many points did she hold your guard to today?

I think that it is safe to safe better post players and better guards. You said that Adena would hold Oak Hill to 37 points. They had 37 half way through the 2nd quarter.

Well here goes....
I promised to be first on here to say i was wrong ,but i had to stop by mamas for some pizza and something to drink to wash this crow from my mouth.I really thought Adena had gotten better and maybe they did, but as promised I admit they were no match for the Oaks.So good luck to the Lady Oaks the rest of the way be sure to win it all so we can say ,,,, hey we may have went farther but the state champs were in our district!!!

Underdog role suits Adena just fine

Heading into Saturday's district final against Oak Hill at Ohio University's Convocation Center, playing the role of underdog isn't new territory for Adena (15-7). The Warriors have seen undefeated teams before and risen to the challenge.

"One thing we've talked about this week is we wrote up on the board we've kind of been giant-killers," Warriors coach Jeran Cox said.

On the same board, there are check marks next to the Tigers and the Shermans and a question mark next to the Oaks (22-0), the defending Division III state runners-up. Saturday marks Oak Hill's 14th consecutive district final appearance.

. They want to win, and some of them are expecting to win."

Tigers umm check!!!!
Shermans umm check !!!
Lady Oaks umm you gotta be kidding me NO FREAKING CHECK MARK HERE COACH COX!!!!!!!!
GIANT KILLERS MY a$$ !!!!

I hope you are right on this one!!
Glad to see you didn't choke on that big old crow or turn yellow and not post anything in reply! Just joking! I hate to admit when I'm wrong too. Go back to the Convo and support our Lady Oaks next time and you won't have to eat crow! Just havin' fun with ya chillidog. Nothing meant by it.

This was completely uncalled for. Up until they ran into the buzzsaw that is the Lady Oaks, they had been "Giant Killers." So what exactly did you do OaksGrad, that allowed you to gloat about beating a team that had been on a hot streak? You were not on the floor, were you?

Only one person on this board actually posted that the Warriors had a chance to win this, and he already posted stating that he was dead wrong. He even wished you guys the best of luck the rest of the tournament. And then, you have the audacity to gloat and call out Adena's head coach for having faith in his team. As a player, you would like your coach to have confidence that you have the chance to beat someone that on paper, you do not match up well against.

Posters like you are the reason that many people around the area dislike Oak Hill. Note that I am not calling out Oak Hill or its community as a whole, but there have been several posters on this website that do nothing but tarnish the reputation of those that helped build it on the hardwood.

Rant over....
Congrats to the Oaks for another district championship and best of luck to the ladies on the court.
