Was she West's best player?? Either way it's a shame for West because they are just now starting to turn things around.

It's a shame rumors like this get any merit at all.

The way I see it the girl from West would be considered a move in, not a transfer - provided they move into the disrict.
If her dad get's the football coaching job this is a no brainer. Most people would have no problem with this. The problems arise when some with no school affiliation (coach, teacher, administrator, etc.) "move or transfer" in year after year.

Not really 100% on this but my best guess is the parents and kids that move or transfer for whatever reasons they have to do so - really don't care if you are OK with it or not?

You are correct, however in due time the OHSAA has been known (but just every now and then) to hand out some punishment for these things if problems are found but as of now it hasn't been known to generally affect public schools in the past. Parochial/Private/Specialty schools Africentric, Harvest Prep, Lake Ridge Academy and South Euclid Regina on the girls side have been the one's under surveillance recently but the scrutiny will be coming to more public schools soon.

Hasn't Oak Hill been investigated and cleared of this a couple of times already?

It would not have affected the season because there was nothing they were doing wrong. I am not sure that is what they were around for, but I'm pretty sure that is what they were around for and nothing was found wrong.
