I heard between the varsity and reserves 6 freshmen are playing---- how will this play out for the 9th grade team.

You are correct, there is no freshman team. They did away with the 9th grade team a couple of years ago.

I would like to wish Coach Walsh and The Lady Chiefs the best of luck as the begin their season tomorrow night.

Logan travels to Teays Valley tonight to open the 2012-13 season. TV has one of the top rated Freshman in the state on their roster this season so Logan will need to contain her. Best of Luck tonight!

Logan Varsity 35 Columbus Watterson 49. Logan JV loses by 1 point. I would advise the Logan fans not to panic. The talent is there and Walsh and company will put it together. Keep playing. At times today there were 4 freshman on the floor. This team has the right attitude and hustle. Zanesville up next and this will be a good challenge also. Go Lady Chiefs.

I did not mean to imply that at a point in time there were 4 freshman in the game that someone was missing. The only thing missing were the shots such as 4 for 29 threes.

Logan has been playing some strong team and having some trouble but they will play better than 500 ball this season with roses coming up starting next year.

What is up with logan girls bball. I know 1 of the parents and he told me all summer that this is the team and will be the yr to go deep in tournament if coached the right way.Said these freshman were the real deal and should go undefeated.3 losses already maybe someone should call for a coaching change. Dont take the head hunters long to go after anyother coach after some losses. Or maybe i was just misinformed about this team and my info came from a former coach at the highschool level who just had sights set to high. But i think not he is a very sucessful coach and recruiter and with his coaching skills he could take them along way. JMO

I would say Hughes. Played it the most and has the experience. Davis 2 spot, J Mcneal 3 spot, Frasure 4 spot, A. Mcneal 5 spot.
