Any games for Monday 1/12 being changed for OSU?

Glad to see that most schools, AD's, and coaches have made a wise choice and decided to move up the jv game time 30 minutes to an hour early to give people a chance to get home in time to see the 8:30 kick off. It's not like every night that there is a game (girls or boys), that The OSU is playing for a National Championship. If the jv tip off remained at 6:00 then the varsity game wouldn't be over until around 8:30 and by the time the visiting teams would get home it wouldn't be until after 9:00 if they had any distance at all to travel.

With Ohio State in the National Championship game this is a truly a special event. And it may happen only once every 10 or 20 years. Not only do people want to see the start of the game most would like to watch some of the pre-game.

At the very least more up the JV contest. I think most people would prefer the game be moved to another night.

I personally think most of the games are being pushed up so more people will attend! Yes, you can keep the game at regular time but most AD's and smart people know the die hard buckeye fans will just skip the game to stay home and watch the National Championship or whatever game. AD's and schools want people in the stands, so if it means changing game times for people to attend then that is what should be done.

I'm saying that with the ice coming in all games will be cancelled so no worries

I personally think most of the games are being pushed up so more people will attend! Yes, you can keep the game at regular time but most AD's and smart people know the die hard buckeye fans will just skip the game to stay home and watch the National Championship or whatever game. AD's and schools want people in the stands, so if it means changing game times for people to attend then that is what should be done.

Yep, I'd be surprised if any games get played tonight. A combination of weather and Ohio State in the National Championship game. Go Bucks!

JV will play 2 quarters and starts at 5:30 and Varsity to follow.
