Notre Dame has dominated this matchup for a few seasons now. The question this season was whether or not playing for a different coach/system would make a difference. It didn't. Notre Dame is a tough matchup for Clay and played better.

Definitely wasn't the same Clay team that I saw play against New Boston. Not sure what happened on this one. ND dominated on both ends. ND started off with the smothering defense and it didn't stop. Clay struggled with turnovers with all the pressure. Then one of Clay's leading rebounders got hurt early in the game and didn't return. Anxious to watch the ND vs New Boston game. This is an example of when I say it all depends on who shows up. Clay has played well but didn't show up for that big game, this can go for Monday's game for either team. Good luck to both teams in this race!
