The GCL filed an appeal last fall about how CB was hurting them....... what 's next ? (Plus the voucher programs for disadvantaged and lower income families wanting to go to Catholic and Parochial schools and/or getting in a " lottery" system in many big city public school districts with kids wanting to apply and go to certain "public" schools is running rampant ).
