yep she's playing for peake. I hated to see her go because Fairland could have really used her, but I wish her well at the peake. She is a great kid!

okay well ive heard about the hole charlee thing and you shouldnt talk about that anymore.
she moved to Boyd county because her mom wanted her to go there,it wasnt her choice, ive talked to her, face to face.
if it was her choice, she wouldnt have gone to Boyd.

It makes it very difficult for the team to come together when they reach the middle school and high school level. My remark was not geared toward Coach Adams in any way. There are athletes walking the halls of SP schools that never step foot on the court or a field. SP can be strong in every sport, but the lack of community support and a well ran athletic program puts them at a disadvantage.

How can you possibly say South Point has a lack of community support? Have you ever went to the girl basketball games?? Tons of fans come out to support these girls. Sure every school can improve the amount of support their athletes get, but as far as the OVC South Point has tons of students and other community members that come out to the games to support.

They have a new athletic director this year and Mr. Smith will do a great job!

The only thing I can see your point on is about buddy league. Yes parents go overboard and it causes players to develop rivalries. I honestly think that parents sometime forget their children are going to grow up and eventually play on one team in middle school and high school. But tell me one school where this does not happen in buddy league...its everywhere. Don't single out South Point. Coach Adams does a fantastic job and he has the record to prove it. You can criticize the program, athletic department, players, students, school, and community but obviously they are doing something right.

jeez no wonder kids that love/like playing the game don't want to play anymore with all this talk. Let them play and see what happens.
