good win for lynchburg..but to be honest when seeding takes place coachs dont care who you play or who you beat all they look at is W-L record and what is the best way to help me and my buddy period. somehow the ohsaa needs a better way to do the pairings

Not everyone votes that way. I have seen coaches get mad because of being seeded lower than another team because the other team had bigger wins and a tougher scheduleohiostbucks99 wrote:good win for lynchburg..but to be honest when seeding takes place coachs dont care who you play or who you beat all they look at is W-L record and what is the best way to help me and my buddy period. somehow the ohsaa needs a better way to do the pairings

No doubt it was a good win for Lynchburg last night but I did read the article from the scores thread from Monday night's games and Georgetown was missing their second leading scorer who is averaging 17 points a game. I'm sure Georgetown is still pretty good without her though.
Re: Southeast District Division III Sectionals (Jackson/Vall
Without their 2nd best scorer I'd guess they are still like beating any of the #2-#8 seeds....maybe not Adena

Portsmouth improved to 10-4 with a 44-29 victory over Coal Grove.

Have the records for most of the teams updated as of Wed. evening 1/25. Does anybody have an updated record for Piketon or Huntington Ross? Can't seem to find them anywhere.

Thanks Mighty Oaks Fan. I knew there was a web-site for that league but just couldn't remember what it was. It's updated now with those two schools records. Looks like the loss of Southworth was a huge blow to Piketon. Hope she gets healthy and has a great college career.

Wellston has beaten Nelsonville twice and Zane Trace beat them once with Nelsonville beating Crooksville tonight. All (3) Wellston, Nelsonville and Crooksville have pretty much same record with a game more or less here or there. As far as 1 seed it's simple.. Whoever wins Saturday in head to head..
