The Lady Chiefs play as team and have respect for each other. There doesn't seem to be any superstars. Scoring and rebounding is well balanced. Turnovers need to decrease. If they stay healthy - this team could win in tournament play.

ladies drop one to athens 50-39. game was actually closer than the score indicates as athens got 6 points in the last 40 seconds with logan going all out for steals. jackson up next. yikes! the whole jackson team was at athens tonight to take in this game between logan and athens.

Logan varsity loses to Athens and Logan JV wins. Good defence inside for Athens and the big girls play well together on both ends of the court. Perimeter play by Athens also good with their Fr guard playing with a lot of poise. Really nothing inside on offense for Logan with the Athens big girls holding their position and blocking shots without fouling. League game at Jackson Thursday. Jackson beat Athens early in the year by 15 points. Bus garage still has a bus scheduled for the girls tomorrow so we are still going. This game is for the league lead. Go Chiefs.

How is the girl on the reserve team that was injured at the end of the game? Was gut wrenching to watch on television, can't imagine how it was in person.

The whole Jackson team wasn't there...3 of their 8 rotation players were at the boys game....but yes, most were in attendance and will be pumped and ready.

Logan varsity and JV both lose at Jackson. Logan varsity loses by 12 in a well contested game. Logan now 3-1 in the league with a much improved Portsmouth team coming to town this Saturday. Need to take care of business and stay in touch with a 4-0 Jackson squad. Go lady Chiefs.

Logan Varsity 26 Portsmouth 41. Enough said. Could have been worse. Portsmouth 10 of 30 on foul shots. Not going to win many games with 26 points of course. Congrats to Portsmouth. Lady Chiefs need to come back with an attitude.

One girl with knee injury not sure about. Pretty sure not acl maybe some mcl. The girl with the head bump did see some limited play.
