I think it will be a good game..Western just has to be ready to play from the start not just at 3 and 4 quarter.. They have to work together as a TEAM.. They have good players, but they just have to work together and they have to be ready to play.. Every Game Matters and They really need to win this game.. There recored is 1-4 overall.. and 1-2 in SOC..

Well... in my opinion... East has this game. They have improved a huge amount and look more and more like a team each game. However, I do agree it will be a good game, but I think east will come out on top.~

In my Opinion sence I am a western Lady Indian I think we have this game in the palm of our hands :] No offence to the east Tartans but we have a very good upcomming J.V team and also an awesome Varsity team. We will do very well in the game on monday 12/15/08 I think were perfectly capable of kicking The east Tartans butts. If not I appologize and will congratulate east but far as im concerned I will not have to do so :] For all the other comments on our good playing THANX :] and hope we have a good season I think we will but we all have our own opinions. If East plays like they did when the BEAT Symmes Valley they should be able to pull this one out. They are strong all the way from the starters down the bench. Go Lady Tartans!!

i agree with baller 55. the indians need to be pumped up to start the game, not just after the locker room lecture. but defense wins games. and sblover if you had watched the symmes valley vs western game you could not say that. the vikings were outplayed the whole game almost, even though they had three players in black and white to their advantage. i stick with my prediction, western by double digits

I am friends with allot of the lady tartan's and what i can say is they are determined!

wile i don't no much about western or any of there athletes i can say these lady tartan's are ready to high tale-it out of the hole and have a wining season.

Let's look for Tony Lang to brake out! of her box and give western a run! its like a timer this girl is ready to explode with talent at any moment!

It will certainly be an upbeat and competitive game. Although I have not seen Western play, I know that they have some pretty good athletes. The lady Tartans do as well, however. They have a good starting team, and they also have a lot of talent on their bench. In my opinion, which ever team takes the win, it will not be a blow-out.

PATTYCAKES.. Sorry But I don't think east will beat western by 10.. or even beat western at all.. Western might of lost to symmes valley. But that don't matter. Western is going to beat east tonight.. and maybe you should come and watch western beat east tonight that would be lovely

Not that my opinion matters much but I have seen both teams play and personally
think it will come down to dicipline and who is mentally ready to play.
East has a guard capable of setting the pace for the offense but on defense East seems to always be in foul trouble.
Western will have to keep Williams in the single digits.
Western has a Sophomore guard capable of keeping Williams at bay, she will need to calm down and play ball and not get into foul trouble herself .

And for the comment about having the refs on our side--------
Didn't know these refs personally as they are different each game.
I thought they were ok and gave calls both ways good and bad.
You can't run your mouth to the refs and expect them to put up with it.
They do not get paid enough for this kind of abuse.
Wether it was a good call or bad , you still need to show them some respect.

I was at the SV-East game. The Vikings had the game won with six seconds to go and the east point guard dropped in a three pointer. If Morris had not fouled out I think the Vikings would have pulled it out. They came close anyway. East did not give up at any point but they have to deal with Westerns number 34 under the bucket. She is tough. Also number 41 and 21 can both hit from the outside. It is going to be a good game. Winner will the team who shows up to play some good agressive basketball. The Vikings beat Western by three and it was a really intense game from start to finish. Morris was off on scoring against Western but Corn was hot. If Corn and Morris both get hot and Pelletier keeps grabbing rebounds the way she did against Western then East will see a different team when they meet again. I know everyone says that Clay and New Boston are the powerhouses in the SOC but the Vikings, Western and East can all put together a good game at anytime.

Congrats to the Indians on their win. I originally predicted East to come out on top, but they had a bad game on Monday night. Although they had 43 turnovers, I predict a win for the lady tartans next time they play the indians. Good luck to both teams in the next competition. I look forward to seeing a good game.

iam4osu, it is not fair for a ref to take it out on the players even if a coach makes a comment early in the game. these refs let the crowd make calls for them. they could pay a monkey to do that.
