I would just like to say great effort Lady Spartans against a very good Riverview team. You ladies didn't give up! It might be a loss but you gave 110% and that is all you can ask for. Little things that didn't happen you will learn from and only get better because of it. Keep your head held high ladies. Great game against a DII team.

I heard this was a pretty good game all and all. It is my understanding that maybe things didn't go as well as they had been doing but they only lost by 8 points to a team ( my understanding) that finished top in the state last year.

If this is in fact true, for them to come that close so early in the season( they are about a month behind due to their Volleyball success) I have to agree they have nothing to be ashamed about. They will only get better!
