Belpre played a very good man to man defense and won 50-39. Leftwich was outstanding! This was a well officiated game. Belpre was well prepared and hit some key shots when Athens closed within four points late in the game.

Athens JV won. Don't know any #'s though. I think by 10 or so.
Belpres best effort of the season. Well played and well coached. Mixed defenses well and kept everyone out of foul trouble for the most part. Athens keyed on the Mason girl and it opened it up for others. Well done Belpre.
