I agree, but if South Gallia plays their game I believe they will be fine. Everyone needs to step it up.

New Boston Glenwood is 10-3 overall. They lost to South Point,West Union and Symmes Valley. All games were on the road.

The Lady Tigers defeated Nelsonville York in the Paint Valley Classic the beginning of the year. They have won over Sciotoville East (twice), Portsmouth Clay (twice), Franklin Furnace Green (twice), Portsmouth Note Dame, Latham Western Pike and Georgetown.

Go Tigers!

I was only able to find 8 of the Rebels games. Some of their wins were Racine Southern(2-7) 57-39, Meigs (4-4) 49-41and Ironton St.Joseph (5-7) 40-18.

The Lady Rebels have defeated Symmes Valley (5-7) 57-39 in Willow Wood. The Tigers lost when they visited the Vikings 41-39.

The Rebels also won over Sciotoville East (6-8) 58-40 and Franklin Furnace Green (8-5) 47-46, both at home. The Lady Tigers defeated East at home 52-26 and away 64-40. NB picked up wins over the Bobcats at home 52-33 and away 53-50.

South Gallia's losses came at the hands of Coal Grove (10-3) 45-41 and Cross Lanes Christian School of West Virginia 50-45.

From the Portsmouth Daily Times
http://www.portsmouth-dailytimes.com/pa ... umn&open=&

New Boston 60, South Gallia 30

Alyssa Raines scored 17 points and pulled down 14 rebounds to help New Boston double-up South Gallia Saturday afternoon.

Missy Buckley scored 17 points and had four steals in the winning effort. Kayla Wiley scored six, adding 10 rebounds, 10 assists and four steals.

"This was a big win for us," Lady Tigers coach Jon Estep said. "It's probably by far the best team game we've had as far as getting everybody involved and spreading the scoring around. We kept the game balanced and had South Gallia on their heals all game long."

New Boston will travel to St. Joe on Monday.
