If you didn't see it in the paper, then Northwest did not win. That's unfortunately a common theme there anymore. A few years ago the boys team had three games on Saturday night's -- all were losses -- and "surprisingly" none of them got called in to the paper. It would still be nice to see the results called in as people want to find out how the game went.

I'm like you get it in the paper either way.You cant hide the results, people find out anyway....I went to NW too...It's shame to see the girls program down now...Maybe another change at the top needs to be made in the near future??

Bucknut 23 and Black Panther, you two have something against NW? You two like to take jabs at their programs quite a bit. They have had enough bad luck out there with all of their deaths and tragedies. When I watch them their kids always seem to play hard. I know a few of their athletes and they are good kids who like playing for their coaches. Also, didn't they just get a new coach for the girls team. Bright idea to get rid of him a few games into his first year. You guys need to get real! I am not from NW but I get tired of people trashing them

Maybe it's because there hasn't been much success? And when there has been it's short lived?

Re: Northwest Holiday Tourney
So the best way to fix it is to get on here and be negative towards the school? That is the problem today. Complain on a message board about things but don't do things in person to help the situation. I am glad I don't take everybody's opinions on my school as seriously as others do on their school. I just hope the kids at Northwest listen to and respect their coaches and don't listen to outsiders on here bashing everything about their school. I don't know their boys and girls bb coaches real well, but well enough to know they work hard and care about their kids. I wish those kids out there (And their coaches) lots of success in the future.

Re: Northwest Holiday Tourney
All that needs to be said about the interest in girls basketball at Northwest is on this thread. If everyone else is so supportive why dosen't anyone post any scores or news about the team? And since I posted on this thread all be it in a negative vain it still means I care...Where are the fans that were on here tooting their horn three years ago when they were winning? I know....they just dont care....And dont even care enough to state a opinion of any kind....be it positve or negative.
