Re: Marietta
Oh I agree both Boys and Girls Varsity Teams should have 1st Choice of Gym Times after school-
so we need a coach who either teaches @ MHS/MMS or has a job who can be @ the gym @ 2:45

Re: Marietta
I would think with all that has gone on in this program the parents would want the best "person" for the job?
If he would get his planning period at the end of the day @ phillips-he might be able to swing early practice
John is a great teacher-
he has coached a girls varsity sport-being very competitve also-

Re: Marietta
Congratulations to Coach Cozzens who was hired tonight by the Mareitta School Board to replace Tom Wildt as the girls varsity coach. Coach Cozzens and I have spent hundreds of hours together in practice and coaching games the last several years.
The team will work hard in practice, they will play DDDDDDDDDDDDDD-fense, and they will set screens. Good luck to Coach Cozzens and the Marietta Girls this season from Coach Duckworth !!!

Re: Marietta
He has coached under 2 successful coaches... very dedicated, will put in endless hours... you can't ask for much more... and since his hunting accident several years ago I don't think he snow skis anymore
Watch out league, your worse nightmare...the talent @ Marietta finally w/a coach who will know how to manage personalities... (he's seen a great example of this w/ the Lady Warriors) demands dedication & effort... and will teach the Tigers to defend!

Congratulations, Coach Cozzens...you'll be missed in Vincent but you most certainly deserve the opportunity.
Will be rooting for you to go 18-2 every year

How are the lady tigers looking in pre-season? Are they ready come out strong with a new coach and new team this season?
