Who was out this weekend? Would she have made a difference? I’m not from Fairland and just wanted to know. I know Fairland is a great team.

Leep. She probably plays the 5th most out of the 5 starters, but is solid…like all of the Fairland kids are14U wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 5:36 pm Who was out this weekend? Would she have made a difference? I’m not from Fairland and just wanted to know. I know Fairland is a great team.

Correct. Also, Coach Buchanon didn’t make the trip as he had a family member pass away.danicalifornia wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 9:58 pmLeep. It was good weekend for the dragons despite the losses. The kind of teams they need on the schedule.

That’s tough, he’s a great coach and a really good guy too. That doesn’t help in those tough games even if his staff is clearly very good too.Jonjon wrote: Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:33 pmCorrect. Sorry to hear that for Coach Buchanon and agree that he a a good guy. Does a lot for the district.
As for Fairland, I agree that they could be one player short and losing any starter would be difficult to overcome. They do have a way of figuring things out come tournament time so I am still interested in how the second regular season game with Portsmouth goes and how the possible tournament matchup goes. Best of luck and condolences to Coach.

The Dragons are one player away this year from having a great season , not that they arent having one currently though.
Re: 2024-25 Fairland Dragons (16-4 | 11-2 OVC)
I believe they can still win the state this year. Going to be tough, but the talent is there

Is the Saturday game vs Marietta a one pay admission for girls and boys game vs South Webster?

These will be really good games. What are the scheduled start times?
