Lancaster had twice the turnovers and Logan was called for about twice the fouls.
The Logan Ladies just had a bad night at the line--things happen the Ladies will be back

With Logan playing Jackson today did the coach have a lot of players going in and out?
I would think he would try to rest the first team as much as possible.

I think he had a good mix with liberal subs. Brooke Simons injured her ankle early on. Hopefully she will be able to play today. I think we had a lapse in ball handling with the subbing and pushed the transition a little out of control. This might have been part of the overall game plan??

Logan Lady Chiefs: Logan varsity and JV win tonight. Logan 57 Jackson 49. Extremely close game. Logan trailed by as much as 8 and game was tied a lot. Winner in doubt until the last 3 minutes. Logan was 11 for 11 from the foul line in the 4th qtr.

Logan Lady Chiefs: Talk about a team win. Liked to play down the importance of this game to both teams but it was obvious at this point of this season it was really big. Logan could have survived a loss but it has hurt Jackson much more. They have a well coached and dedicated team with a lot of future ahead of them. Jackson will be important player in how the league finishes out this year as Marietta and Warren both travel to their jym.

I have not seen the stats for this game but Logan did have a lot of experience on the floor with the 5 seniors and 2 jrs playing in the game. I think Jackson has a younger team overall. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

Kudos to Logan and their coach for their game adjustment at half time and utilization of their bench. IMO its the reason that they made their freethrows. Good luck to both teams. It was a good game to watch and worth the trip from Columbus.

The half time adjustments and use of the bench is the reason they made free throws in the 4th quarter? So your point must be that the main usual players were tired at the end of the Lancaster game, and due to Smith and McClain playing significant amounts in the 2nd half in this Jackson game, the fatigue that was causing missed free throws was not as prevalent. Is that the connection?

Logan Lady Chiefs: Logan travels to Gallia today. Winning their last game with Jackson was big but in the real sense the game you are going to play today is aways the most important. Logan will be without a starter in Bailey Toph and Simons still favoring a bad ankle sprain. Logan needs to focus on the game. Go Chiefs.
