Voluntary team work-outs or "Open Gyms" have begun. The season will be here sooner than you think! A lot of positions are up for grabs. Questions to be answered. Hopefully, with a lot of work, the girls can step up and produce.

No matter how hard you try you cannot replicate game speed.Anyone that has played any sport will tell you that.Even at that they aren't waisting their time. Now is the time for preparation and this is the only way to do it....

We'll have to get a lot from all of these girls to be successful: Seniors: Mallory Brooks and Darci Leffingwell. Juniors: Taylor Dolak, Lexi Santini , Randi McKenna, Lindsey Abbott, and Katie Farley. Sophomores: Staci Lauer, and Bailey Poage. Who is the freshman that left Belpre?

Opponents' game plans should be developed to limit Brooks' touches... I would think this would encourage the other Lady Warriors to work hard in preparation for this season!

So we know who the established varsity players are.

Which other freshmen or sophomores could be contributors?

Looking at a lot of JV time-Frosh: Haley Richards and Kasey White are my guesses.

Will Richards play? She may opt to do Club Track.
But someone closer to Warren
would know better than I would.

Kasey White is a fairly big girl. Maybe taller than
the Warriors tallest person from last season.

When was the last time Warren went far in the tournament? Seems some people on here like to judge others on thier accomplishments or in their opinion lack there of.Good Luck this season!

Guess you need to define far.

Two years ago they were in the Districts, and about 4 years ago Regionals.

Today is the day!!!

Did the Lady Warriors go before school?

How long do try-outs last?

How many girls will be out? Enough for 3 teams? Last year I believe they had 3, but could have gone with 2.?. Not long ago I remember hearing there was over 50 girls out for the 3 teams!

Go Lady Warriors!

I dunno about 50, but it looks like good participation.

Coaches are:
Varsity: Head Coach Ryan Werry
Varsity Asst: Curry Ryan
Junior Varsity: Steve Denton
Freshmen: Ashley Clay
