Waterford has been taking care of business, knocking off the very good Jenna Butler lead Eastern team.

Another point, the Cadets don't seem to play very well at the Harry Cooper Annex (too much green).

In any case it will be sro, so late-arriving fans might have to park along 339, or walk from town.

waterford is now 2nd in division IV. not sure what fort frye is after the loss, but they were 6 in D-III. Oak Hill was above them at 5th, so I don't think they would have gone down too far.

Well in the preview FF dominated Waterford 39-21 in 2 qts.I'm sure Waterford has improved.2 great girls teams 11 mile apart.

I like the Cadets in this game, after watching them against Oak Hill. Factoring in the preview outcome, and the fact that the players have played against each other probably quite a bit, the familiarity will be to the Fort's benefit.

Rickoshay - As long as Dspy keeps it understated, I will not be critical of him at all. I appreciate good BB, and saw it when I went to the convo and watched the FF girls. IMHO, the Lady Cadets are one of the top five teams in SE Ohio (even though they are not technically in the SE district). I, too, would like to meet up soon. Maybe come tournament time.

Would have to disagree because I don't like to compare teams like that. But anyways, I think Fort Frye wins this by 15 + and Oak Hill would beat Waterford by 35+.

This is nowhere near Waterford's best team in the last 10 years. If you look at the "rankings" there is no way they should be ranked 2nd with some of the teams that they have ranked behind them. If they are basing the rankings on will Waterford be one of the last 8 standing then yes they should be in the top 8. If they are basing it on top teams then they would be at about 20th.

I have no axe to grind with Waterford. I love their coaches, they have always been good to Oak Hill. Just think that people are basing a little too much on their ranking.

It may not be a strong link....but it's something. It's hard to judge a team on beating a team 81-24 or something.

I know Waterford is a very good SE D4 team

I know Fort Frye is a very good E/SE D3 team

I know Oak Hill is an excellent D3 team...

I know Oak Hill defeated Fort Frye

This game will tell me more about Waterford than any other game.

Listen Oak Hill ainr 20 points better then FF.That was FFs worst game of the season.Oak Hill is the better team but if they played again it be close.

if fort frye would have made their lay-ups and free throws, they would have won it. they had terrible shooting selection in the 4th quarter and oak hill ran the stall ball for quite some time at that point.
