First I must ask Truth123- What is your definition of a better team this year.
The Girls had a very sucessful preseason- won almost every quarter played.
The team is 2-2 in a very competitive SOC...
If your definition is that the girls should be 4-0 at this point in the season consider the following:
1. Learning a new system (actually running a definded offense and defense)
2. Key Starter out (ask Thad Matta how that is affecting the Buckeyes)
3. Very Young Inexperienced Team (No JV team last year)
Let's support this young team and cheer them on to get better.

Im sorry didnt know you had some players out. I new you had got a new coach and he was
doing a great job with them when I seen the girls over the summer. I thought they where playing
alot better and I also seen some new faces that was a plus to the team. Good luck girls keep working
hard. Every team has there ups and downs.

Didn't the girls lose one of their best players last year to a knee injury? What happened to the girl this year? How long is she out? Hate to see things happen like this to teams. Especially two years in a row.
Re: SV basketball ???
Symmes Valley has gone through this several times. First in 08 when Emily Bowling suffered a torn acl during volleyball game her senior year which totally changed the entire starting line up, then again last year with 4 year starting guard Morris and now this year with starter K. Hayes. Hopefully Kayla will be able to come back after her 4 weeks of therapy and finish her season out before she has any type of acl surgery. Wish this young team the best.
They lose no one this year, so work hard and coach Walker will have a much improved team and season next year and imo for years to come!!
Vikings have a lot of talent coming up in years to come.
Im waiting .....patiently!
