NOTICE THAT RIVERDALE DID NOT HAVE A LOSS LAST WEEK, BUT IT SHOWS THEY DO NOW A N D IT SHOWS THAT OAK HILL DOES NOT HAVE A LOSS. OAK HILL LOST TO RIVERDALE AT PIKERINGTON. WAS THIS A MISTAKE?

Answering half of my own question, Riverdale lost to Findlay Liberty-Benton 56-53 according to cleveland.com.

I'm still wondering why it lists Oak Hill 's record at 12-0. It's actually 13-1. My guess is that it's just a typo.

yes oak hill has lost a game yes they moved up a spot its nice to see that we are ranked in the top 5 teams in the state but rankings dont mean anything and our girls know that. GO OAKS

How is Sugarcreek ranked #10 with 5 losses and you have South Point with only 1 loss to #5 Oak Hill by 7 points and their not ranked???

I totally agree. South Point is waaaaayyyyy underrated. They gave Oak Hill a heck of a game and I would hate to see a rematch on a neutral floor (beware of the tournament draws for the Rock Hill sectional). I guess we'll have to keep telling ourselves what most of us already do; Rankings don't matter. The one that brings the gold trophy home is the real #1. Maybe if South Point keeps flying under the radar, they might be underestimated and have a great tournament run. Unless they're playing against my favorite team (Lady Oaks), I'll pick this talented Pointers team to be the victors against about anybody.
