Just as in the boys basketball, it is too early to tell what the Lady Tigers will have.

Their non league schedule shows Ironton St.Joseph home and away, at Wellston, home with Portsmouth, at Piketon and home with West Union.

Good Luck Lady Tigers!

Notre Dame Titans 46

Congrats Titans! Excellent effort Tigers! This was a hard fought game throughout...............half time score was Tigers 27-26. It appears there are four teams that may fight for the conference championship!

Notre Dame improves to 3-0, 3-0 while the Tigers slip to 2-1, 2-1.

The JV contest went to the Lady Titans 28-11.

New Boston hosts the Western Indians 1-3, 1-3 on Thursday, while the Titans have the Green Bobcats 0-3, 0-3 at home that same day. Good Luck to both Lady Titans and Lady Tigers!

Yes, they are doing a very good job. However the coach needs to rethink his point guard, takes her to much time to get the ball past the line. When other player are open she passes the ball to players on the other team. The number 10 girl not sure of her name is very good on defence and the team should think about including her in the game, with her no fear attitude she may be what that team needs to remove the pressure off of Litz and Buckley to hit the three's.

#10 for the Lady Tigers is senior Toni Veach. She will get after it!

Its quite obvious tiger fan you weren't watching the same game everyone else was. The point guard did a nice job handling the full court press and did not pass the ball to the other team when her teammates were open. Yes she had some turn over but handled herself well with the full court press which Notre Dame did the majority of the game. Don't worry about Buckley she doesn't have to just shoot the threes, she knows how to drive the lane and draw the fouls. She is a smart player and does a nice job.

Good Luck Lady Tigers, keep playing hard, You guys are doing great.

Wow! The tigers lose one game and people are calling out players. From what I understand the point guard is just a sophomore playing the most difficult position on the floor. From what I seen the few times I have saw her she has done a good job. What point guard doesn't have turnovers. People just need to allow her to develop into the player she will become. I am sure the Coach Estep and his staff are working daily to improve not only point guard play, but the whole team. Let's not point the finger at one player. The tigers are making a name for themselves. The last thing they need are people putting a negative spin on their great early start. Good luck Tigers the rest of the way. Keep playing hard!

Amen! From what I heard the girls played extremely well against a very tough Notre Dame squad. :122249

as an outsider I was very impressed with the play of New Boston . They had a very good shot at winning the ND game. Missed a short open shot and a front end of a bonus in the last min or the outcome could have been different MD
