Has these two teams met already this season? What was the outcome?

Ironton won the first game big...up 14-1 after 1 Q, Lady Warriors fought back to within 4 for most of the middle quarters, and Ironton pulled away again at the end.
The 3 hour bus trip IS a factor, believe me, plus the Lady Warriors are coming off a big confidence boosting win on the road. I think that the teams were unevenly matched in game 1, but since its Ironton's turn to ride the bus...Its pretty even now.

Ironton won by about eight, Warren was down only one coming into the 4th quarter and played sloppy, missed free throws, and waited too long to foul.
Good win Ironton.

Warren won the JV game by a large margin not sure what the exact score was.

http://www.irontontribune.com/news/2010 ... ly-warren/This story is right on the money of the importance of the deperation three at the end of the first half(although it cut an 8 point lead to 5 instead of 3), and the missed lay-up right out of halftime. Also there was another missed lay-up near the end of the 3rd that was costly as well as not shooting free throws that well in the 2nd half, as well as some careless turnovers. I don't think waiting too long to foul was a factor.
