Heard bits of a conversation that last night the Lady Warrior Freshman team nearly fouled out the entire bench??? That they had just two players on the floor to end the game?? What happened there? Who did they play??

They played Parkersburg South at South. They did end the game with 2 girls left. The game went into overtime and Warren lost by 5.
In the 4th quarter, Fleming and Chidester fouled out which only left Welch, Ullman, Treadway, Manning, and Harris. Brooks and Benson were out with injuries. Welch fouled out a minute into overtime, then Harris fouled out. The score was tied, then Ullman got fouled and went to the free throw line when the South coach got a technical which allowed Ullman to shoot 2 more FT's. She made 1-4 and put Warren up one. Ullman then got a steal and made a layup which put them up 3. When South came down, Ullman fouled and she was out. The last 2 girls tried their best but South just scored easily!
The 2 teams together shot 91 free throws, and there were over 60 fouls called in that game. The whole team played well......South was very unsportsman like pressing with 2 people left on the court!!

Holy Cow!!! Sounds like a rough one. Way to go Lady Warriors for hanging in there!! 91 foul shots!! 60 fouls!!! Holy moley!! That game must have lasted forever!!!
