Waterford is still really talented and played FF tough at the preview.Emily Brown,Kim Barker,Brooke Drayer is a very nice trio.

I still look for Waterford to beat Eastern. Closer than in the past tho

Well, it happened. And no one from H20Ford has anything to gripe about. Well officiated game, and the foul counts will play that out.

Streaks come to an end, and dominance does as well. New Sheriff in town, congratulations to the Lady Eagles. You did what you had to do to win this game.

Hopefully, the Lady Eagles will get the unbiased officiating up at Waterford, that the Lady Wildcats received tonight.......

What a game by both teams. Waterford shoots very well from the floor. Eastern jumped out with a 13 point lead that I believe made all the difference in this one. I dont think Waterford quite expected Eastern to be as good as they are. The freshman Burdette and Parker fouled out early in the 4th quarter and I thought it was over, but Easterns guards stepped up. This rematch will be one you can't miss.

A few things about what sounds like a great game,
One-That is a great win for Eastern
Two-Not sure you can really say that there is a new sheriff in town with a 2 point win on your home court How about
"Another Sheriff in Town"
Three-Just a question did the Brown Girl Play and how did she do, I had heard that she had been out with some back issues
Four Has anyone other than Waterford folks congratulated Waterford on a Heck of a Run the last several years, and if I am thinking correctly I am not so sure it is completely over. If I am not mistaken there is another Brown and Drayer Girl to Come.

Emery Connery was the difference, once the youngster fouled out. That is what great Senior leadership will do for you. Freshman scored alot of points, but weren't there at the end. Give credit where credit is due. Congratulations M.

Did you listen to the game? A 13 point lead, whittled down due to fouls and effort by H20Ford, but it was a five point game going into the last minute....Yes, two points due to a made bucket at the end, but, to end a 4 year winning streak, yes, a new Sheriff is in town.

Like it or not. Doesn't matter where the game was played either, unless you have a grievance with the officials in this game, and good luck with that. It was a fairly called game, all the way around.....I'll let the Eastern faithful speak about that once they get home.

Going to be some great basketball played between these two clubs over the next few years..

No just check the score on here a few minutes ago. I am not disputing the officiating. What I am saying is that generally teams play better at home. Also the way that you said new sheriff in town mad me believe that the game was a blowout. Any game inside of 10 points is usually a good game and a game in which either team could win. Again I was not there and maybe Waterford had no chance to win, but generally when a team loses by 2 points they were in the game.
I bet that tonights game was great and the one at Waterford will also be a good one.

Eastern took control early, Waterford battled back and took the lead in the 3rd or 4th quarter, then Eastern showed alot of poise by coming back to win
