ND's next opponent is an unknown to most down here in the SOC. I did a small amount of research and saw where them and Eastern (meigs or reedsville ??) battle tooth and nail in the TVC and Waterford has the rep of producing top notch girls team's . They make trips to the Convo with regularity. So what about this years team ? mostly seniors ? tall ? up tempo ?

ND is obviously well pleased to have earned a trip to the Convo. We normally start 2 Jr' and 3 Soph's. No Sr on the team. thanks MD

Great guard play, and excellent post player in Barker. They dont turn the ball over and they make foul shots. They will press you but it is a very beatable press. The Drayer girl from the outside will kill you if you dont guard her. Dont turn the ball over bc most of what they get is out of transition.

Waterford beat Clay in the District Finals last year by 36 (it wasn't that close) and could have won the state championship if it weren't for that rogue program at Harvest Prep. They lost at least one very good player (went to U of Akron) from last year but they are still very, very good. Much better than any team in SOC I.

Waterford split two games with Reedsville Eastern, Split two with DivIII Fort Frye (19-3 record), Lost bad to Oak Hill DivIII, and one other loss that I can't remember name of.


Oops, guess they only had three losses, no wonder I couldn't remember the other one.

IMO Waterford and Eastern will move on in the districts to meet up in the regional semis @ Pickerington which will be another good game between the two. After that its "Katy Bar The Door" after Harvest Prep (located 4 miles from Pickerington North high school where they play) beats the Lexington winner in the other semi, they will win the regional hands down, they recruit with the best in the state. I always go watch the games over there and I've been waiting for a SEO team to win this regional for years but it hasn't happened yet

Note: One good thing is that Berlin Hiland was moved to the Canton regional a couple years ago and that should eventually help the SEO teams that come to Pickerington.

Waterford will win by 30, Eastern will beat Clay by 30, and Eastern will beat Waterford in the Regional Semis by 5 and get beat by Harvest Prep by 25..thats my prediction :p

yea sure it would work for you its called open enrollment. waterford has a nice team but when you face hp it will be lights out thanks for coming. end of story.
