Was browsing through some box scores and noticed Africentric and a couple players with the last name of Francis. Is that the two Francis sisters that were at Harvest Prep last year. Thought maybe some of you folks from Oak Hill may know.

Yes, this is the Francis that played for Harvest Prep last year. Africentric got that transfer along with the a girl from Pickerington Central.

The boys team also get at least one transfer from Harvest Prep.

Watched some of their game against Anna. What a joke of a coach and program.Coach pointing to fans with three fingers, like they actually accomplished something.Would love to have the money to start Southeastern central catholic christian ST Tech, of southeastern ohio and see how that would play out. It would be shut down in less than three years.

It just SMELLS bad when a schoolis hit with major violations (Harvest prep) because of the issues with the Admin, coaches and players/parents but yet still there allowed to jump around schools with no consequences. I do not know the entire situation but dang that just looks bad on the OHSAA. Africentric is not a Private school but but I think most know the purpose that goes on there.

Africentric is housed in a older building with limited space. Even though they are funded with public funds, they operate like a private school. They limit their enrollment because of space, they limit it with entrance requirements and they limit their enrollment with the curriculum they offer. They basically segregate themselves by offering African studies along with their core curriculum.

Imagine your home school, now imagine if you could block out all of the undesirables? No more kids who only show up because a bus comes to their house and the law says they have to. Now, how many divisions will your school drop.

Africentric doesnt have a geographic boundary.

Do private schools, for instance Notre Dame, have a geographic boundary?

That doesn't seem fair. I thought the OHSAA was all over tricks like that. What about private schools, for instance Notre Dame? Do they have a geographic boundary?
