I'll never pick against SW again ..... so SW . .... JK , should be a good one, but only if Minford is hitting 3's or finds a way to penetrate and score . would like to see this one . MD

head on out to webster monday and watch it! lol on your comment cause i have SW jeeps having a very good chance against everyone on schedule and at the same time i see alot of teams that we have to show up and play but like you saw at OH our speed kills and its like a different gear so far this year~

Minford is guard heavy so my Jeeps will have to play fast and smart defense just like they did against the Oaks. I think we are bigger in the post and that will help. The Jeeps are playing with a lot of heart and great teamwork. Should be a good game.

Absolutely ugly game for both sides of the coin. Jeeps had a lot of good looks that just didn't fall. SW is going to have to figure out how to penetrate the zone real fast if they want to hang next time

Minford made shots early then rode the free throw line, believed 12-16 or something, Webster I think shot 8? Give or take..Minford played man, but was in such help def looked like a zone. When u are not hitting it is easy to do that..SW didn't play their game no attacking on transition, no aggressiveness on defense. When refs allow the ame to be rough, then you have to adjust to that and get more aggressive on both offense and especially def. the one girl on Minford must ave knocked down Websters girls 7-8 times before it was called a couple of times in the 4th, Till SW had to foul it was a 4-6 pt game, and when u miss 17 paint shots hard to win. Should be a good game the next time these two play.. Going to be a exciting time in SOC 2.

Minford played man not zone, difference in the game was hustle , rebounding and when south webster penetrated the lane they were contested on each shot, as far as the knocking down girls that seemed to happen both ways if I recall especially on the one arm take down .what was south webster shooting percentage outside the lane, think that was a big difference in the game

andddddd Swanker yet again displays his complete lack of basic basketball knowledge. Minford played man you goon, how could you not even notice that? This is why you are one of the least credible, and least respected members on the basketball forums.

I'm sorry to interrupt your fun but if you keep you backside defense at the paint it does look an awful lot likes a zone. For a man defense that paint was incredibly crowded last night.

It looked like a zone cues Minford bigs were in help to stop penetration and were not worried about minfords bigs and when u r playing man and players don't move it is easier to stand in the lane. The Webster girls could have enervated the zone easier..

Could you clarify that? It is coming across kind of garbled! I think you are just basically repeating what I had said. With a couple of bigs added, whatever you meant by that!

Yeah typing on a iPad stinks, lol. Repeating wat I and you said, as far as the bigs comment goes. Websters post players were struggling from the field, when that happens minfords post could just camp in the lane making it seem like a zone. When Websters guards learn to pull up for the 10 footer and the posts players cut to the bucket watch out..plus from wat I seen, SW needs to play a little more physical at times, the Conkey kid was just out muscling the post players, at times yes she was fouling, but it isn't a foul if the whistle don't blow.
