What teams are looking strong for next year? I know our Viking should be in the mix for the div 1 title, they return a solid core, I believe eastern and western return a bunch and notre dame seems to be strong year in and year out. Dont know much about div 2, but believe webster and the oaks should be strong as usual.

ND loses PG K Stevenson , only senior on the squad . numbers get better with large 8th grade class coming in . 8th graders didnt lose very often either . tough PG in hoover and size with L smith. Eastern loses SR K alley . she was a very under rated player and I'm sure they will miss her . Clay lost a ton . SV , ND and Eastern should battle it out .

IMO western has the most talent returning. Eastern still won't be very deep, but I think they will still be right there. Look for Carson roney to have a big year!

SV could be in the race. They need
Prayers for health, injuries have hurt them the last 4 years. They stay healthy, they have a chance. Hayes Fulks Brumfield and Payne who didn't play a minute this year should be ready to get it done. A nice bench of role players and a freshman incoming freshman class that lost 4 games total in junior high.
Western's woods, Brewster and shanks have enough of a punch to win it as well. Nice group and very fundamental.
Roney and the blonde girl? From eastern will keep them in the hunt
The brunette from nd who is their scorer will keep them alive as well.
Clay lost a lot but Gilliland can play and they won't be cellar dwellers for sure.

Western returns the most talent ? hmmm ND only lost 1 player . Return 4 starters from a team that beat western 3 times . and hopefully the injury bug leaves SV alone , nice group of guards that did show a lot of promise late in the year.
Will be interesting to see how much Eastern misses Alley , she didnt get a ton of media attention but every time I saw them she was a huge factor in their success . Clay lost too much to reload and be at the top .

Yes MD, alley was a huge factor in eastern's success and IMO was the best senior in the league.so sconce the poy award is apparently a senior award and since eastern won the conference it should have went to her!

Well the post said Blanton girls at Oak hill. ??
Also Alley wasn't the best senior, Redding or Widowson was. Eastern won the league yes, but that doesn't automatically make their seniors POY, sounds like POY want to the best player, Rooney I believe?(not for sure)
ND will be there again, I was truly impressed with the lady Titans, cause no one predicted the success they had.
Western needs soneone to work with the Big and they could win the SOC, I see Eastern probably winning it, but as I said in other post, got to have tourny success, specially if you are a league champion (that is any league champion) JMO

That's been a rumor for about 5-6 years now. And it's just that, a rumor. Again.
Last I checked rumors on such issues were not permitted on SEOPS.
Mods, please edit/delete his pot stirring post.... Thank you.

And please , PLEASE stop disrespecting the player who got voted BY THE COACHES -- get that -- BY THE COACHES ( and rumor has it wasn't close ) , as the POY in the SOC1 . Every time you cry and moan about the choice it disrespects the girl who won it .

Beaver you just continue to make yourself look ignorant with posts like that. Looks about like the garbage that was on twitter a month ago as well. Just give it a rest and stop beating a horse that's been dead a while now

hopefully just an immature teen , if you are an adult -- no excuse . Mods should just clean up the crap -- it makes eastern look bad and everyone else I know from there are good people .
