Any report on how the teams are doing in their scrimmages?

Jackson looked good in a scrimmage with Miami Trace and Kenton Ridge. Also looked good against Wheelersburg and Eastern Pike. Went to West Holmes and didn't look great against Holmes and Miami Trace.

Very little depth.

Warren has low numbers this year. Scrimmages with Shenandoah, John Glenn, Nelsonville York. Beat Waterford at Waterfin Foundation Game with a buzzer beater. Very little varsity experience .

No depth I92?

Rideout, Poe, Hoover, Jenkins, Speakman, Wills, Humphreys, that 7 plus some underclassmen from last year? What am I missing depth wise?

Humphreys transferred to Wellston, and has to sit out first 11 games.

The top 6 should be Ridout, Poe, Hoover, Wills, Speakman and Kacee Jenkins.

Losing Humpreys leaves less room for foul trouble, sickness and injuries. Lauren Parks is a nice athlete and will have to log some valuable minutes to keep the Ironladies fresh.

Good news, I know Coach Walburn favors rotation to keep the girls fresh and to manage the foul situation, the girls play a very aggressive defense and it is not uncommon for each of them to get a couple quick fouls. Too bad about Humphreys going to Wellston, but next lady up mentality, let's go get after it. Good luck Ironladies.

Nice article in this weekends Telegram about Rideout and Poe signing to play for Kent State next year. That is pretty special two girls playing at the next level.

Logan scrimmaged Marietta last week. Anybody know how that went? I know Marietta has a new coach and no Dawson. How did Logan do against them?

Hopefully they will have to wait another year.

Logan scrimmaged Waterford Sarurday and won every quarter. Was also told they beat Marietta each quarter. Logan opens up tomorrow at Chillicothe
