The Alexander Athletic Department is holding a girls invitational on December 11, 2021. The Hocking Valley Bank Spartan Classic will be held in the Alley at Alexander High School. $5 for the whole days event. Our committee has held 24 events at the Convo and 6 events at Marietta College. We have now moved the event to our gym. Below is the schedule:

11:00 Reedsville Eastern vs St. Marys W Va
12:45 Nelsonville-York vs Peebles
2:30 Waterford vs Tri Village
4:30 Vinton County vs Fairland
6:15 Trimble vs Ritchie County W Va
8:00 Alexander vs Berne Union

Any schedule changes? I heard that Waterford's opponent was going to change since they are now playing Tri-Village instead of Toledo Christian at the Classic in the Country.

Nelsonville 13- Peebles 2:53 second quarter.

Half 15-14 Peebles.
Nelsonville started hitting everything. Peebles started with lid on. We will see how the second half unfolds

First game it was at Mary's I think 48-45 over Eastern.. I know it was a 3 point win. Come from behind.

Peebles 29- Nelsonville 26 end of 3. Peebles ball to start 4th.

Nelsonville 34-peebles 33 3:40 to go.

45.seconds. 42-36 Peebles.

32 seconds Peebles 43-36.

45-36 Peebles 8.5 seconds. And final. Peebles 45-Nelsonville 36.

Waterford vs Fairlane next up. Two very good teams. Waterford with most of their final 4 team taking the floor. Should be a good one.

Please quit trying to cause chemistry issues Mac hurd is the best player on the team and the second best player in the league but Definitely the best player on that team I just wish that you had a player that we can talk about at Athens but I hear Dominic Dosek is doing great as a coach it’s been a while since we’ve even had a player that we can mention at Athens so please don’t try to destroy the confidence of a really solid team in Nelsonville..
