Very well coach. Should be pretty solid by the end of year as they bring back everyone but Angela Kumler. Kumler is a big loss, 6’2 Pg who is now at Oberlin, she has school records for assists, and steals. The first few games of the year will be a learning curve for the returners as they adapt to life without her.
Key Players to watch are:
Sr #1 McKinzi Linscott 6’0 post who can handle the ball, shoot it, and a fantastic rebounder.
Sr #12 Kylah Morgan. Dirty work role player who can shoot the 3 ball.
Soph #2 Mya Oliver. Started every game last year as a freshman and was the leading scorer.
Soph #32 Jess Church. Very skilled long and lanky guard
Soph #13 Riley Zamensky. Missed last year with a torn acl but fantastic athlete who can do it all.
JG may not pass the eye test but they are very well coached, play hard and will pressure the ball. Still an up and coming program but they should be a major contender in the East district and Mvl.
