TSL

I see discussions about other leagues, so I decided why not start one on the TSL.
Teams:
Fort Frye
Marietta
Warren
Point Pleasant
I'm gonna give my take on each team. Feel free to add your thoughts.
First up is the Lady Cadets of Fort Frye. They are last years TSL champs and are looking to repeat this year. The Cadets lost 3 senior starters from last years team. I hear the numbers are down this year and the Cadets only have 9 girls this year. 1 senior, 1 Junior, 5 sophmores, and 2 freshman make up the Cadet team. With only 3 girls having varsity experience, the Cadets will look tord there youth to step up and fill the voids. Fort Fryes schedule is tough which is good for the post season. However the girls are going to have to play some excellent basketball in order to repeat as league champs.
The Marietta Tigers finished as runner ups last year in the TSL. They are returning most of the Starters from last year. They have one of, if not, the best player in the TSL. I hear they also got a girl that transferred in from Warren that was a starter last year for the lady warriors. They also have a lot of depth off the bench. With this being said, they are probably the favorites to win the TSL.
The Warren Warriors had a great season last year and with no doubt be a tough matchup for both the cadets and the tigers. Not only did they lose a starter that transferred to Marietta, but I hear one of their best players are injured, Aubrey Pepper. Not sure how long Pepper will be out but they will miss her presence and scoring on the floor. But no matter who's on the floor the warriors will bring it every night and will fight with everything they have.
Point Pleasant finished without a win in the TSL last year. Don't know much about the team. I do know they struggled with all three of the other TSL teams. Hopefully with a year under their belt and maybe some young talent this team can come out this year and maybe pull off and upset somewhere down the line.
Like I said I'm not an expert on any of these teams. Just a fan and follow these teams more than others. Love to hear others thoughts.
