From what I've seen, Wheelersburg has more skill players, while SW is more athletic across the board and is very well coached. This one is at Webster, so we'll see if the Jeeps can defend their turf. I think we'll see a lot of goals in this one.

best answere to that question is to score, and keep the other teamfrom scoring. defense is lacking in both teams this year so id say both teams will be looking to score, and keep the other team from scoring. the best defence is a good offense, and the better defence is a great offence.

To answer you're question. Paul Boll is still at Wheelersburg, why would he leave that dynasty he created? Now that all the distractions are gone he can get back to work and get the Pirates soccer team back to the glory they experienced in the 90's. But good luck to both teams, SW is never a easy win, no matter who they have on a given year.

Wow....I don't see any way there will be 15 goals scored in this game. SW doesn't have the depth they have had in the past and giving up 3 goals to Valley wasn't a good sign. I see Burg taking this one 4-1.

I have to agree with 4th, there won't be that many goals. Even though the goals SW gave up from Valley were "soft" (From what I heard) I still don't see them pulling this one out. Conditions won't be quite as bad but it doesn't matter. Burg 3-1.

ok the brakedown for this game is simple. first we look at the losses from last year, webster lost 9 starters that produced a total of 62 goals for the team. wheelersburg lost 1 player who produced 43 goals for the team (give or take). that differential is 17, giving more of a loss for the jeeps. so far in this season these teams matched up against minford SW 2-2 Burg 2-1 loss (GoalDiff of 1) against NB SW 3-1 Burg 5-1 (GD of 2). So far we're at 2-1 Burg based on goal differential on sameTeamMatchups. conditons typically hurt the better team so burg will give up an extra goal. now we're at a 2-2 drawl. looking at those numbers and at these two dynastys i don't see this game ending in a tie.

The fact this a non-league game doesn't diminish it at all! Both teams enjoy this game.

The one thing the new league set-up did was keep South Webster's league winning streak intact! 28 straight wins covering 2009, 2010 and 2-0 in 2011. Wheelersburg and South Webster tied 0-0 in 2008 in the last league game of the season and that was the last blemish on the Jeeps in SOC play----ironically that tie knocked Wheelersburg out of the SOC championship in 08 as the Pirates have not won the SOC since 2007 .........South Webster has won 3 straight in this series........3-2 and 3-1 in 2009 and 7-1 in 2010.......Burg's last win was 2-0 in their SOC championship season of 2007.

I doubt it will be a 7-1 spanking of last years game. To much fuzzy math going on to get a good feel for what people think the outcome of this game will be. Sixty two goals is a bunch of goals, so is 43. I think SW gives up three goals and WH could as well.

WTG Pirates! From where I was sitting it looked like the conditions hurt the Jeeps more than the Burg. SW was a bit unlucky but the Pirates were on fire.
