Need Girls Soccer Games

Congrats to Ironton St Joe. Heard that girl's team was in the works. I believe you already have Northwest down for a game or two. Congrats again and good luck on upcoming season. And lets hope more southern Ohio schools step up for their girls.

RxBurgFan I heard that Burg is looking into girl's soccer. Do you know if any truth to those rumors?

There is truth to the rumors. Would be great if it could be in place by this Fall. Keeping my fingers crossed for a girls program.

I hope they do start one. One problem is putting a schedule together. We started in March trying to schedule games and have 8 so far. Every one we contact has a full schedule. We are still looking for more games.

On the schedule is Northwest (2), South point (2), Chesapeake (2), Portsmouth West (1), and Lincoln Co., WV (1)

Have you contacted Fisher Catholic in Lancaster? I know the drive is far but the two schools are essentially comparable.
