Webster extremely young (no seniors on roster) so I could definitely see focus being an issue. But the Burg game they outshot them like 27-4, so probably just some bad luck that game. Valley game was just after the big game at Alexander, so probably a letdown. Either way, they exceeding most people's expectations in what was supposed to be a down year*

SW does have 1 senior but indeed they are young. Valley played a tremendous game and had a great strategy. High defensive line that appeared to be trapping (caught SW offsides 7 or 8 times, a couple were questionable), plus their keeper was taking the gamble of playing up high as well. Keeper had 5 great saves! These elements worked very well. SW struggled to find the net. Game should've been 4-1 but Valley slipped one more in on the Jeeps JV, however, both goals were quality finishes. One thing is for sure though, when you play South Webster, your past "scores" mean nothing and you are in for a game. This is the reason they have played a blistering schedule and are still undefeated (and not out of the woods yet with a big test against Logan this Saturday).

Jazz: where the Logan game at? Will probably make the trip to Webster if it a home game. Love the aggressive scheduling by Webster though...these youngsters will be ready for the tourney.*ALLthatJAZZ wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2017 8:32 am SW does have 1 senior but indeed they are young. Unfortunately, the game is at Logan. Varsity is scheduled for a 12 pm kickoff. These Jeeps should remember the facility well. It was the same location of their tourney loss last season. Hope it's enough to get them fired up!
