I heard that St Joe Ironton returning a girls team this season too.

St Joe girls will begin to play in the SOC in 2019 as long as they continue to have a team. Coming in this late, they may struggle to have a full 16 game schedule this fall.

None of the SOC I schools have girls soccer, all of them are coed. Will they be competing in the SOC II?

SOC girls is only 1 division, so all 6 teams will be together. I suppose St Joe could choose not to compete in the SOC, but all of the teams other than Waverly are in the same D3 tournament, so they may as well compete against the teams they would face in the post season.

St. Joe has a full schedule for 2018. They should field a team for several years since most of their players will be 9th and 10th graders this coming season. Their feeder teams have good numbers also.

Who all did they schedule? They don't have anything on OSSCA and only a couple games on Arbiter.

SJHS Girls currently have home/away games scheduled with Piketon, Fairland, Gallia, Greenup, Rock Hill, and Chesapeake. They are not sure on the other 4 games. They may only schedule these games in their initial year back in fielding a team and not do a full schedule.
